How Our Windshield Replacement Process Works
At Divine Dents, we make windshield replacement and chip repair simple. You send us a quick video, we confirm the correct glass for your vehicle, and we schedule a mobile technician to come take care of it at your home, work, or our shop.
Step 1 — Tell us about your vehicle
Provide:
- Year, make, and model
- Body style (car, SUV, truck, etc.)
- Whether the glass is cracked, chipped, or shattered
Step 2 — Send a short video (or two photos)
This allows us to identify the exact windshield your vehicle needs.
Send us:
- A video from about 4 feet away, slowly panning across the entire windshield
- A close shot behind the rear-view mirror so we can see any cameras or sensors
- Optional: 1 full windshield photo + 1 behind-the-mirror photo
Step 3 — We confirm the correct windshield & provide the price
We identify the correct glass based on your video and photos, including any ADAS cameras, rain sensors, or brackets.
You receive a clear, accurate quote before scheduling.
Step 4 — We schedule the mobile installation
We coordinate the install at:
- Your home
- Your workplace
- Our Divine Dents location
- Any safe location of your choice
Step 5 — Professional installation & quality check
Our certified mobile technician replaces your windshield, cleans the work area, and ensures everything is sealed and secure.
Step 6 — You pay Divine Dents
You pay us directly for the service. That’s it. If you ever need help down the road, you call Divine Dents — one point of contact, start to finish.
Chip Repair vs. Windshield Replacement
If your damage is small and repairable, you may not need a full replacement. Learn more on our Windshield Chip Repair page →
Windshield Chip Repair
Not every chip requires a new windshield. If your damage is:
- Small (quarter-size or smaller),
- Not spreading,
- Not directly blocking the driver’s vision,
we may be able to perform a rock chip repair instead of replacing the full glass.
After you send your video, we’ll tell you which option is best for safety and long-term durability.
How to Film Your Windshield (Fast & Easy)
Follow this to get the best quote quickly:
- Stand in front of you vehicle — with full windshield in frame.
- Zoom in behind rear view mirror — sensors, cameras, rain sensors, brackets, wires.
- Get a close up of the chip — give us a clear look at the damage.
- We Evaluate: Repair of Replace — sensors, cameras, rain sensors, brackets, wires.
- If needed, add 2 photos — full windshield + behind the mirror.
You can upload these directly through our form or text them to us.
